近年來3D動畫影片掀起一股潮流，不僅讓電影中無法拍攝達成的畫面增添想像空間，同時也滿足了觀眾們的視覺享受。本研究旨在探討動畫電影中屬成人情節中的暴力表現、攻擊行為、威嚇脅迫行為、情色曖昧等視覺元素視覺表現，如何利用幽默、誇張、不合邏輯的搞笑視覺設計方式加以詮釋成適合闔家觀看，讓觀眾能在輕鬆愉悅的氛圍下，進而融入影片中傳達給觀眾影片製作的意念，達到寓教於樂的目的。本研究以認知心理學、教育心理學、及圖像傳播理論的觀點，來探討《料理鼠王》影片中對於成人情節的詮釋，如何成功地運用視覺設計來呈現，讓觀眾在視覺與媒體傳遞的影響下得到正面學習。故在此茲分為二部份敘述：第一，由名詞解釋和文獻分析來解析認知心理學與圖像傳播理論在《料理鼠王》視覺設計表現的運用。第二，皮克斯運用團隊的溝通、群體創作模式與用心的態度，在視覺表現中運用幽默、誇張、等等的手法、加上純熟的視覺符碼，讓在地人文融入影片當中，進而成功地詮釋成人情節的畫面讓觀眾不致有反感厭惡的感受。並以認知心理學處理流程來分析圖像表現，和圖像傳播理論解構故事情節與視覺表現，輔以教育心理學來論述此影片對兒童心理的影響。最終透過本研究探討分析出，如何於正面歡樂的方式下詮釋成人情節及視覺設計表現，並在製作過程中需要注重的設計理念及創意的原則。

3D animation has become a trend of international film in recent years. Compared with traditional film, it increases not only imagination, but also visual enjoyment. This study concerns the transformation of adult plot's visual element, such as violent manifestation, attacking motions, intimidation and sexual ambiguity. The transformations are using humorous, exaggerative, illogical and comical visual design expression. Therefore the audience can be in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere to watch the film and to achieve the purpose of entertainment and education.This research takes Cognitive Psychology、Image Communication and Educative Psychology concept to discuss ”Ratatouille” are successful using visual design performance of adult plots interpretation, and let the audience in visual and media transmitted obtain positively influence. In this way, this research divides two parts to discuss：First, according to the noun explains and the literatures analysis, get the points of ”Ratatouille” from Cognitive Psychology and Image Communication concept using in visual design expression. Second, Pixar animation studio, the working group do well both good communication for creating and excellent attitude of team work. In additionally, the working group is using the professional visual performance and mature symbols, and also integrated local humanities and culture into the film, let the audiences feel only pleasurable but not disgusting. Furthermore, using the produced process of Cognitive Psychology to analyze image performances, and also to analyze Adult plot of story construction and visual performance by Image Communication Concept, the infantile psychology influence of Educative psychology auxiliary in this film.Finally, through this research discuss and analysis, How to interpret visual design performance of adult plot in positive and happy situation, and design concept and creative principles of produced process.
