近十年來生態旅遊 (Ecotourism) 運動襲捲各地，造成國際潮流，許多國家紛紛調整原有觀光發展的方式或路徑，而朝生態旅遊的方向發展。社區觀光兼具「運用地方生態資源」、「當地居民參與」、「由下而上式」與「振興地方經濟」等多項生態旅遊發展的元素與精神，故應屬同一系列的概念。社區博物館亦是近年來才興起的一種新的概念與實踐，主要精神在藉著歷史與文化的角度，讓博物館的功能走入社區，亦讓社會基層的日常文化與關懷常民生活的情操走入博物館的殿堂。本文將此新概念結合社區總體營造的運動，並結合社區文化產業與生態觀光的理念，以擴大原概念暫稱為修正型社區博物館，主要目的在促使社區除了要找回原有的歷史與文化，以凝聚社區意識與共同參與未來社區之發展外，更須加入市場經濟的元素與機會，使得社區的經濟能自給自足，而運用生態旅遊發展的方式與手法，處理當地經濟的問題則是符合時代潮流並兼具為避免觀光發展可能帶給當地過大的社會成本與負面衝擊，以實踐修正型社區博物館的理想並同時形成社區的觀光發展。最後，本文以花運縣鳳林鎮曾於民國四、五十年代盛極一時，目前雖已正漸進入歷史中，但仍保有傳統聚落景觀與豐富的文化資源的林田山林場聚落為實例，做為修正型社區博物館建豐的實踐模擬。

In 1960's, the concept of the ecomuseum was invented, which served as a tool for the population of a locality, and in which, the inhabitants had a role to play. From the ecomuseum the idea of the community museum would develop. In order to increase the sustainable development of the community museum, this paper added the elements of ecotourism development to increased economic benefits of locality and to prevent the negative tourism impacts. This article took Morisaka as a case study to state the processing of shaping community tourism by the concept of the modified community museum.
