校長如果能清晰地理解自己,聽到學校的呼喚,實踐專業的堅持,以及進行深刻的省思,就能開啟學校改變與轉型的契機。本文敘說一位國小校長課程領導的故事,從中梳理出課程領導如何改變學校的氛圍、師生的學習與教師專業成長;其間並看到困境與挑戰如何影響校長的課程決定與自我定位。從故事的詮釋中,也開啟了「課程領導」的多元義蘊:它是一種動態的旅程與心靈的經驗,也是一種想像的聲音與美的意識。而校長的課程幽靈影響著她自己,讓她為自己說話,讓被遺忘的故事「活」過來。這種生活敘說和書寫,使說者、聽者心心相連,產生關連性,展現了新時代的素養和精神。
