本研究以組織吸收能耐為核心,強調企業欲透過研究發展創造較佳的研發成效,除了來自於其所投入的研發資源之外,該企業的研發組織能力同樣重要,並且能進而干擾研發資源與研發績效之關聯。本文針對台灣地區企業進行問卷調查以及次級資料庫輔助,並利用階層迴歸分析進行假設驗證,在 130份有效問卷中,發現企業擁有愈高比例的研發人力資源時,能正向影響其研發績效;同時,研發組織管理會成為一重要的調節效果與研發人力資源產生交互作用並進而影響研發績效。此結果應證了本研究的論點,企業對於研究發展的重視會幫助企業帶來競爭優勢,然而在積極投資研發能力的過程當中,也不應忽視對研發組織管理能力的訓練與重視,方可創造更長更久遠的經營能耐。
Drawing on absorptive capacity perspective, R&D inputs can increase firms' competitive advantage as well as R&D performance. We argue that while R&D inputs, including R&D manpower and R&D spending, are beneficial for R&D performance, organizations with superior R&D organizational management capacity may positively moderate the relationship between R&D inputs and R&D performance. We combine questionnaires and secondary data of 130 firms in Taiwan to test hypotheses. The results of hierarchical regression analysis show that R&D manpower positively correlates with R&D performance. In addition, R&D organizational management positively moderates the relationship between R&D manpower and R&D performance.
