題名:地板滾球運動介入對腦性麻痺者之休閒效益

本研究旨在透過地板滾球運動介入課程來幫助腦性麻痺者參與運動,並進一步探討此滾球運動所產生之休閒效益(包括身、心、社交及運動能力之成效)。研究方法採10次介入課程(每週1次,每次3小時),樣本選取參加中華民國腦性麻痺協會之地板滾球社團成員共11位,課程介入效益之評量工具包括:休閒效益量表、休閒效益檢核表、技能記錄表、每週訓練觀察記錄表、比賽表現評估表、課程滿意度調查表與參與滾球課程綜合心得。本研究結果:一、地板滾球介入對腦性麻痺者主觀感受之休閒效益有所提升,尤其是社交效益與自我表現效益最為明顯。二、地板滾球介入可以提升實際的運動機能,尤其在投球方向之增進最為顯著。三、經過10週滾球課程後,投球命中率顯著提升;最後1週於比賽時,在理解裁判指示與投球準備動作方面得分最高。四、家長對課程內容、教學品質及其相關效益皆給予滿意之回饋。本研究結論為:地板滾球是針對動作控制困難的身心障礙者所設計的運動,經本研究多元化的效益評量顯示10週之介入課程在身、心、社交及運動能力上均具成效,證實地板滾球是一項適合腦性麻痺者之休閒運動,故值得進一步予以推廣。
This study aimed to investigate the recreational benefits of boccia intervention courses (including effects on physical, mental, social and sports abilities) in people with cerebral palsy. In this study, ten intervention courses were conducted (once a week; 3 hours per each courses). The experimental measures from eleven members were collected from the Taoyuan Boccia Club of the Cerebral Palsy Association of R.O.C. The measures for the interventional effects including: recreational benefit scale, recreational benefit check list, skill record sheet, weekly training observation record sheet, completive performance assessment form, course satisfaction survey and overall opinions of the Boccia course. The findings were as follows: (1) The Boccia intervention improved participants' subjective feelings of recreational benefits, especially the social benefits and self-presentational benefits. (2) Boccia intervention enhanced the motor functions of people with cerebral palsy. According to the skill records, the pitching direction was improved significantly. (3) After ten weeks Boccia courses, shooting accuracy was also significantly enhanced. In the game contest of the last week, comprehensibility of the referee's instruction and preparation for pitching were performed much better by the participants. (4) Parents were satisfied with the course content, teaching quality and its related benefits. This study concludes that Boccia, designed specifically for people with physical and mental disabilities and motion control problems, showed physical, psychological, social and sport ability benefits via multidimensional evaluation with the effects of ten-week intervention. Boccia intervention proved to be a suitable recreational sport for people with cerebral palsy to participate, and worthy for further promotion.
