在這篇論文，我們先將介紹原住民族知識，接下來的重點在嘗試著去瞭解，在進行原住民族研究以生產原住民族知識的時候，我們有何種策略來加以管制，以防止研究被濫用、以及族人繼續受騙。我們先將由國際規約的規範著手，接著要考察美澳紐加等國的作為，然後解析研究倫理的方針，最後是考察研究倫理的審查機制。

After examining the concept of indigenous knowledge, we endeavor to look into various strategies for regulating knowledge production in order to prevent the abuse of research on the Indigenous Peoples. We shall start with the evolution of international norms and the practices followed in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Next, the focus will be on guidelines for research ethics. Finally, we will examine mechanisms that have been developed.
