視覺障礙學童因受限於視力限制因素,較難全面認識周遭的運動環境,因而使其身體活動意願較低。且多從事靜態休閒活動,導致身體活動量較低,較高肥胖以機率及肌力、肌耐力與柔軟度較差情形。然而聽覺的刺激對於視障學童來說相對重要,若將音樂和肢體律動進行相關結合,對於視障學童來說,應有極大助益。本研究試圖透過音樂律動、節奏、旋律…等,進行配合規律的一個動作或一組動作,提升視障學童活動的意願,提高身體活動量。
