通過對通識教師的內涵及績效特徵的分析，以目標管理法（MBO）和360度績效考核法為導向，運用層次分析法（AHP）構建一套適用于通識教師的績效評估指標體系，為建立通識教師的評價與激勵體制提供參考。

Through the analysis of the connotation and performance characteristics for general education teachers, and taking the Management By Objectives (MBO) method and the 360-Degree Feedback evaluation method oriented, this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a set of performance evaluation index system of general education teachers, and provides the reference for the establishment of general education teacher evaluation and incentive system.
