題名:從生產老化觀點分析退休者的貢獻經驗及障礙:以樂齡中心工作者為例

中高齡者退休後仍可透過就業、志願服務、家人照顧等途徑,對社會有所貢獻。本研究旨在應用生產老化觀點,探討已退休者繼續貢獻社會的經驗,針對21位已退休並繼續在樂齡中心貢獻之退休者進行訪談。研究結果發現,在貢獻經驗部分:(一)願意繼續貢獻的原因主要來自外在因素驅使;(二)退休者通常有一種以上的貢獻經驗,又以社會參與最為普遍;(三)貢獻途徑以無給職的貢獻為居多;(四)貢獻之前需做好各種內外在準備,又以財務規劃為優先考量;(五)退休後繼續貢獻可產生個人、家庭及社區三方面的效益。在貢獻障礙部分:(一)以專業障礙最為普遍,顯示專業經驗與素養之缺乏;(二)環境障礙涵蓋許多層面,以機構與人際問題為共同的困境。
Some earlier studies have shown that the retired people contribute to our society through different paths such as paid/unpaid jobs, volunteering, or taking care of their family. Hence, the aims of this study was to examine this topic from the perspective of productive ageing, looking at "the group of people who are already retired" to discuss their contributive retirement experiences and disabilities. This study interviewed 21 various participants who are already retired and have continued contributions in the Active Aging Learning Center. The results of the study are separated into two parts, one is contributive retirement experiences: (a) The retired people were compelled to continue to contribute to society mainly by external factors. (b) The retired people usually have more than one experience, among the most common types is social participation. (c) The means of contribution for the majority of interviewees was done without pay. (d) Before the retired people contributed to society, they need various internal and external preparation, primarily of which was financial planning. (e) Contributions can produce benefits to individuals, families, and communities through contribution. Another part of contributive retirement disabilities including: (a) The most common personal disabilities are professions, lack of relevant professional experience and literacy. (b) The environment disabilities include many levels, and among which the institutions and interpersonal problems are the common predicaments.
