This study takes the tourism industry operators, and indigenous pepole who live in Jianshi Township, academy, and government officers, had released 5 questionnaires for each, and collected 20 questionnaires in total, which is 100% collected. This study utilizes literature analysis as a basis for identifying the indigenous tribe tourism industry indicators. Through filtering and streamlining concepts related to food education, it is divided up into 20 layers, which are structured between 5 dimensions. Through research and in-depth surveys conducted by experts, the results of the survey will be classified, integrated and summarized to create the index structure of the development indicators for the indigenous tribe tourism industry, which includes Environmental Education, Economic Development, Sociocultural Environment, Core Resource and Operational Management which make up the 5 categories of indicators within 20 related concepts. Using AHP method to calculate the weight for each indicator, the priority as follows economic development, Operational, Sociocultural Environment and Core Resource. Hence "Economic development" and "Management" are important in the indigenous tribe tourism industry. This research and development framework has established indicators, which can be used as reference for further related concepts, and also can be used as a reference for the evaluation of related studies.
