     本研究目的在於探討策略聯盟成員對合作夥伴認知之正向程度,及聯盟動機之重要 性,對於聯盟績效、雙方衝突程度及資源投入程度之影響,且探討聯盟績效、隻方衝突程度 及資源投入程度等,對於未來繼續合作承諾之影響。本研究以 LISREL VII 分析假設,對夥 伴認知正向程度對聯盟績效有顯著正向影響,但對於衝突程度與資源投入程度則有負向影響 ,聯盟動機重要性對資源投入程度有正向影響,聯盟績效對未來繼續合作之承諾則有正向影響 。
     The purpose of this study aims to discuss the influence of the partners' perception and the importance of the motivations for the strategic alliances (SAs) toward the performance, conflict, and the involvement of the resources. Moreover, it attempts to analyze the impact of the performance,conflict, and the involvement of the resources on the commitment in SAs. This study uses LISREL VII to analyze the hypotheses. The partners' perception has positive influence on the performance; however, it has negative influence on the conflict and the involvement of the resources. The importance of the motivations for the SAs has positive influence on the involvement of the resources. The performance has positive influence on the commitment of future cooperation.
