題名:我國師範院校學生「公民參與態度」與「公民教育觀點」相關性之研究

     學校是推行公民教育的重要機構,教師則是公民教育的主要施教者,因是,教師的公民參與態度及其對公民教育的看法,是公民教育能否符合「培養負責任、有能力參與民主過程的現代公民」之目標的重要關鍵。許多實證研究發現師範教育課程是影響準教師與對學科觀點的重要因素,因此,瞭解師範生的公民參與態度、公民教育觀點、及其影響因素,應是公民教育領域的重要課題。緣此,本研究以師範院校學生為對象,進行公民參與態度與公民教育觀點之相關研究,採用問卷調查法蒐集資料,以編製的「公民參與態度量表」、「公民教育觀點量表」、與「學校學習過程調查問卷」,瞭解師範生的公民參與態度與公民教育觀點,並分析個人背景因素與學校學習過程因素對公民參與態度與公民教育觀點的影響。研究結果有以下的發現:一、個人背景因素不同的師範學生,其公民參與態度具有差異。二、本研究所列的七項個人背景因素中,在師範生公民教育觀點上,差異最顯著的為「是否曾捐款給社會服務團體或活動」;而「是否曾捐款給政黨或政治人物」、「是否曾參加社會服務團體或活動」二項個人背景因素,則均無差異。三、批判思考能力的訓練、就讀科系、捐款給政黨或政治人物、性別、與捐款給社會服務團體等五項因素,對公民參與態度具有影響。四、除了學校民主氣氛、爭議性議題的接觸二項外,其餘本研究所列的九項個人背景因素、學校學習因素與公民參與態度,均對師範生的五種公民教育觀點具有影響。五、我國師範院校學生「公民參與態度」與五種「公民教育觀點」均有顯著的正相關。
