The purpose of this study was to examine the interactive research of relative theory to understand deeply the subctlture of students of Teacher's College. The subculture includes the characteristics of classroom learning, personal relationship, sense of values etc. From this study the education administration will pay more attention to the teaching practice of students. 1 utilized field research, and participant-observation method to gather information. Students of four Teachers' College are the studying object. The major findings of this study were as follows: (1)There are differences between female sex and male sex in learning attitude, motivation of entering school; (2)There are good relationship between techer and student, but few interaction after class; (3)Both female sex and male sex utilize teaching strategies and library materials to the utomst; (4)They all have the sense of being in teachers roles.
