章太炎（炳麟，1869-1936）先生對於鐘鼎文字的態度，是學術界較為關注的話題之一，各家對此也是看法不一。一般認為章太炎對鐘鼎文字材料是懷疑排斥的，但目前為止還未見其真正地運用。本文從新近整理出版的《章太炎說文解字授課筆記》（以下簡稱《筆記》）中稽取其運用鐘鼎材料進行考證，以期從材料運用的角度，印證章氏對鐘鼎文字的實際態度，並加以簡單討論。此外，文章還從其運用孫詒讓考釋的觀點出發，還原出章氏與孫詒讓的一段學術交往。

The attitude of Zhangtaiyan towards Inscriptions is always the debate of the scholars， which lead to both praise and criticizes. Generally speaking， Mr.Zhang repels the Inscriptions，however， there are still positive remarks. This essay will extract the materials of application of Inscriptions from Notes on Shuowenjiezizhu Lectured by Zhangtaiyan，in order to reveal Mr.Zhang』 opinions of Inscriptions from a unique view and make a brief discussion. Moreover， we will unveil an academic relationship between Mr.Zhang and Sunyirang based on the materials he cited from Mr. Sun.
