本研究主要為探討促使家長選擇補習班的因素。以Ajen(1985)之計劃行為理論為架構,除分析學生家長在選擇補習班時考慮的「行為態度」、「主觀規範」及「知覺行為控制」三個面向,並加入「公共教育政策改變的認知」,探討對於國中學生家長選擇補習班之「行為意圖」及最終之「消費行為」所產生之影響,主要聚焦於探討公共教育政策認知的改變對於家長及補教產業之衝擊。
透過線上問卷調查,以收集大台北地區的國中學生家長的數據,並使用敘述性分析、皮爾森相關分析、探索性分析及偏最小平方法結構方程模型(PLS-SEM)的分析,驗證本研究之數據和模型。
研究結論顯示,「行為態度」、「主觀規範」和「知覺行為控制」會影響家長選擇補習學校的「行為意圖」,此外,其「公共教育政策改變的認知」也會影響家長的意願。結論中也提供了補習班應改採用的相應策略,讓補習產業對「公共教育政策」之變化增加掌握度,強化其經營策略方向的調整,有效地管理客戶的行為意圖和強化客戶關係,以滿足消費者之需求,創造家長及學生、教育體系及補教產業三贏的局面。
This study surveys how public education policy affects parents to choose the cram school. Drawing on the theory of planned behaviour, this study proposed a model illustrating how parents of junior high school students are affected from attitude, subjective norms, perceived behaviour control and perceived public education policy. The study mainly focuses on how perceition of public education policy affect the intention of choosing cram school and the impact toward cram schools.
An online questionnaire survey was conducted in big Taipei area to collect the data, and Sescriptive Statistics, Person Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis as well as Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling were used to analyze the validated data and model.
The study result shows attitude, subjective norms and perceived behaviour control can affect the parents’ behavioral intention to choose cram schools, meanwhile, the perceived public education policy affect the parents’ willingness as well. The corresponding business strateges are proposed for cram schools to enhance the control of the changing of public policy, effectively manage customer’s intention and relationship to create the satiscaction situation of parents, education system and cram schools.
