本研究目的在探討國内不同規模的製造業,因應内部組織運作與外部經營環境所採行的變革策略及其對企業經營績效的影響。透過169家企業之問卷調查與資料分析結果顯示,對大型企業而言,「技術變革策略」比中小型企業來得重要,小型企業在實施「技術變革策略」上較為困難;另外,在組織運作上,「組織結構」因素對大型企業在經營績效的表現上影響較大,「公司制度」因素則對中小型規模在經營績效的表現上影響較大。「企業内部環境」因素對於小型企業在經營績效表現上有顯著影響,「任務環境」因素則不論何種規模企業對於經營績效的表現都有影響。最後,在變革策略實施的重要性與變革績效的關係上,「技術性變革策略」對於中小型企業的變革績效上有顯著影響;「文化變革策略」對於小型與大型企業的變革績效表現上有顯著影響;「政治性變革策略」則對於中型企業變革績效表現上有顯著影響。
This paper aims at examining the change strategies and their influences on the operating performance of corporation as a response to the internal organizational operation and the external operation environment of manufacturing industries of various scales at home and abroad. Through the questionnaire survey aiming at 169 enterprises and analyze gathered data, for large sale enterprise, technical change strategy is more important than medium and small scales, small scale enterprise are more difficult to perform technical change strategy. 'Organizational structure' has a bigger influence on the operating performance of corporations of large scale, while 'corporate system' plays a more important role to that the corporations of small to medium scales. 'Corporate internal environment' has an apparent influence on the operating performance of corporations of small to medium scales, while 'mission environment' is crucial top that of corporations of all scales. Lastly, in view of the relationship between the importance of implementation of change strategies and efficacy of change, 'technical change strategy' has an obvious influence on the change performance of corporations of small and large scales, and so does the 'political change strategy' on corporations of medium scale.
