The academic studies on Lie Tzi still mostly focus on the issue of about the authenticity of the text, the researches about thoughts are mostly incidental. The investigations on its philosophical issues are still rare, therefore this article concentrates on the thoughts of Tian-Ren in Lie Tzi, analyzing its philosophical implications, in wishes to dig into the its rich philosophical meanings. The article firstly analyzes the natural, spiritual and metaphysical implications of Tian, among which the spiritual meaning is denied by Lie Tzi, the Tian in the natural meaning-though having no philosophical implications-is contained in the metaphysical meaning of Tien, which in turns contains the aspect of "automatic heavenly order" and the aspect of "natural innocence." Afterwards, we analyze the relationship between Tian and Ren to show the overall ideal implications of Ren and Tian-Ren in Lie Tzi, including the status of humankind in the whole constituted of Heaven, Earth, Man and Ghost, as well as the following views of Tian-Ren-being content with the situation, following the nature of things, and being one with the entities.
