本論文旨在針對馮友蘭在大陸易主前後二時期中，對於王充思想之研究成果，作一深入的商榷。 在前期中，筆者將其研究放入歷史的視域中，並透過與胡適研究成果之比較，藉以說明馮式僅在人性論與歷史觀二個論點上，有跳脫胡適研究框架的發揮，但細予探究後發現，這兩點都有檢討的必要。在後期中，則將重點放在馮氏如何透過歷史唯物論觀點重新理解王充思想，進一步分析此種理解的形成背景，並凸顯毛澤東「兩軍對戰」的基本分析模式，對馮式在王充思想之理解上所產生的重大影響，進而省思馮式在後期，經由歷史唯物論之立場和觀點，重新理解王充思想的意義與價值。

This article gives discussion to depth aiming at Feng You-Lan's research results of Wang Chung's thoughts during these two different phases before and after the person in charge of Mainland China was changed. During the earlier stage, the author puts the study into the realm of history, and through comparison with Hu Shi's research results, explains that Feng only has jumped out of the research framework of Hu Shi in terms of theory of human nature and historical viewpoints, however, after careful consideration and research, it is found that it is necessary to examine these two points. At later stage, the emphasis is put on how Feng re-understands Wang Chung's thoughts from the viewpoint of historical materialism, to further analyze the background for forming this kind of understanding. It also emphasizes the basic analysis mode of Mao Ze Dong's "two armies fighting", and its significant influence on Feng's understanding towards Wang Chung's thoughts, furthermore, examines critically the meaning and value of Feng's re-understanding Wang Chung's thoughts based on the standpoint and viewpoint of historical materialism at later stage.
