The school institution is an epitome of society. In its makeup there should still exist traces that society can follow. In the systematic functions of an institution, including the selection list of principals, not only should specific considerations of education be considered, but also certain linking relations in politics. Whether or not political techniques are necessarily of high quality and moreover whether or not such techniques can be developed on a more specialized path is something still worth considering. This research uses the Political Model Theory as a structure and the Literature Review Method to analyze the influence special characteristics of a political model may have in relation to the election of elementary and junior high school principals. Moreover, through a theoretical and practical dialogue mechanism, this research probes into the transformation of the election of elementary and middle school principals with the hope that the Political Model Theory can reveal anew, beneficial understanding of the ecology of the election of school principals.
