本文運用組織變革相關論點，檢視聖心教養院這十餘年來的組織變革。研究結論如下：1. 該院在內外環境的變化與壓力下，藉由擴張服務範圍、更新管理與行銷技術、建立資源網絡與分散財產的方式來因應挑戰。2. 但這些調整中，該院亦面臨到，外界對其責信的要求日益嚴格，這些要求將會對組織帶來另起革新的壓力，聖心是否有能力或已經準備好接受這些嚴格的檢視呢？值得未來再深入觀察。3. 該院以組織網絡的連結方式，降低環境的不確定性與確保資的取得。晊在此狀況下，該如何保持傳統使命、目標與行為風格，並滿足合作組織的需求，將是未來的一項挑戰。
Referring to related studies of organizational change, we analyzed the adapting measures that have been taking place at Sacred Heart since more than a decade ago. Our conclusion: 1. Facing the pressure from internal and external changes, the organization has relied on expanding the scope of its services, updating its administrative and fund-raising scheme, establishing networks of resourced-sharing, and diversifying its funding sources to cope with the challenges. 2. As its organizational structure evolves, it will have to concern itself with the increasing pubic scrutiny and how well it is going to meet the higher demand of accountability. 3. Although networking may provide a sense of security and support, the organization will have to seek the balance between keeping to its founding mission and cooperating with other network partners.
