Thanks to the advancement of information technology, the popularity of network infrastructure, and the development of digital technologies, it is now able to archive different kinds of knowledge in digital formats. In this article, the author introduced a mechanism that Feng Chia University has been implemented campus-wide to address issues raised during students’ learning journey. It makes use of Institutional Repository to preserve quality student works and facilitates the collaboration between teachers and librarians. The article elaborated how Feng Chia University implemented the project, in what areas the project may have an impact, its achievements and its future development.
