題名:成就目標理論需要革新嗎?--從四向度成就目標理論到多重目標觀點

近來,傳統的二向度成就目標理論受到嚴厲的挑戰,理由是過去雖然發現精熟目標具有正向的效應;但對於表現目標一定是不好的、非適應性的觀點卻受到質疑,以致於形成理論與實務上的落差。因此,本文以探究成就目標理論的革新作為論述主軸,說明修正後的四向度成就目標以及多重目標觀點,或許可以解釋上述關於表現目標效果的爭議,並提供更強韌的解答途徑。同時,筆者也期望本文能替國內長期沿用二向度成就目標的現象,提供一個新的刺激與視野的開拓。
