2007年捕魚工作公約是關係全球3500萬漁民的勞動條件，有效確保漁民的勞動權利，以提升漁民的勞動意識，開啟海事勞動權益的國際性議題。我國爲遠洋漁獲大國，自不能置身於國際海上合作與相關規範之外。因此，2007年捕魚工作公約必將對我國漁業造成衝擊，我國應如何因應此一國際海事勞動政策的新局？我國是否應制定內國法而與國際接軌？本文旨在探討前述相關問題，並探討我國針此等問題應採取的政策。

Work in Fishing Convention, 2007 concerns 35 millions fishermen's labour standard around the world. It effectively secures fishermen's labour right, raises fishermen's labour awareness, and publicize this issue into international stage. As an major fishing country in the world, Taiwan cannot ignore international maritime cooperation and related regulation. Furthermore, we should seek solutions of how to adjust ourselves to this new international maritime labour policy and also assess whether to initiate domestic law for international compliance. This paper seeks to answer these two questions and hopes to appeal for fishermen and government's attention.
