本稿之研究目的係探討台灣北部後期中等教育日語教師之專業知能狀況，其研究結果提供爾後規劃日語教師進修課程，抑或改善日語師資培育制度的參考。 本研究以北部高中日語教師為調查對象，有效問卷102份。其調查結果臚列如下： 1.「29歲以下」的高中日語教師對「言語與教育之相關領域」、「社會‧文化‧地域之相關領域」、「言語使用之相關領域」之自我評鑑得點達顯著差異。 2. 「30歲以上39歲以下」、「40歲以上49歲以下」、「50歲以上」的高中日語教師對「言語一般之相關領域」、「言語與教育之相關領域」、「社會．文化．地域之相關領域」之自我評鑑得點達顯著差異。 3.年齡別(4群) 對「言語與教育之相關領域」之自我評鑑得點 達顯著差異。

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Professional Competency of the years of experience for teaching profession, focus on Japanese teachers at upper secondary education in northern Taiwan. According to the purpose, this study can be significant resource for future in-service training and teacher education. The findings from this survey are as follows: 1. There were significant differences on self-evaluation of high school Japanese teachers「under 29 years old」on (1)language and education territory, (2)social cultural and regional territory, (3)language use territory. 2. There were significant differences on self-evaluation of high school Japanese teachers who were「30–39 years old」,「40–49 years old」, and 「above 50 years old」on(1)language and average territory,(2)language and education territory, and (3)social, cultural and regional territory. 3. There were significant differences on self-evaluation between the 4 groups (different age classes) on language and education territory.
