國際會議產業為現今全球最受矚目的產業之一,同時也是各個國家及城市仰賴且公認的經濟成長產業,因此國際會議之資源管理益顯重要。本研究藉由5W1H 方法萃取及詮釋結構模式(Interpretive Structural Modeling, ISM)、層級分析(AHP)及局部灰關聯分析(LGRA)分析,得到國際會議資源管理階層及最佳管理方案。本研究結果可提供政府及業界實務運作之參考。
The international convention industry is now very popular and is recognized as an economic growth industry all over the world. That is the reason why the resources management of the international convention is important. This study was not only extracted the management characteristics of the international convention by using 5W1H method, but also got the best management proposal by those of Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), AHP and LGRA analyzed. The implication of the results could not only serve as practical references for the government and enterprises, but also proposed some specific recommendations.
