The purpose of this study is to present the situation of disabled billiard player's coach leading behavior and the analysis on the diversity of leading behaviors of these coaches based on their various backgrounds. The study collects all information using questionnaires which included the personal profile and the coach leading behavior scale. The research is based on the disabled billiard players as sample group, using random sampling from the disable billiard players in the National Disabled Games and Practices. The total distribution for this sample is 91 questionnaires and we received a 100% return of effective questionnaires. The result of data will be analyzed via the descriptive statistic, the independent-samples t test, and one-way ANOVA. Our research has concluded that the leadership behaviors of these coaches are generally good. We found that the 2 variables, that is, training days and different sport achievement background, indicated significant differences in on these coaches' leadership. However, there is no difference shown on the sexual and educational background. According to these results, we found that coaches tend to base their trainings on ”reward” and ”instructio”. Also, the longer the training time, the more outstanding the reward will be indicated in training, democracy and care.
