台灣已是高齡化社會的國家。銀髮族隨著年齡的增長導致生理、心理的老化,使其不容易從事活動以及人際關係較容易有失落感、孤單感。因此本研究希望透過良好的互動式遊憩設施讓銀髮族達到保持健康並體會到自我價值。本研究採用方法目的鏈研究模式,以內容分析法針對收集到的資料加以記錄與分類,經由編碼後得到公共遊憩設施中的九項屬性(平坦的步道、活動式桌椅、電視遙控器、專人整理的廁所、背靠式長椅、寬闊的平地、成人體健設施、專用自行車道、棧木登山道)、五項結果(舒適性、安全性、方便性、趣味性、健康性)以及三項價值(重要性、能力、力量),總共17項要素,再將其做「屬性-結果-價值」鏈結。其中最顯著的鏈結是銀髮族透過電視遙控器,獲得舒適性、安全性以及健康性之後,感受到力量。由此可知,設計良好的人性化科技產品,可增強銀髮族的使用結果感受,並使銀髮族得到對於自己生活的安排有主要決定權或是對他人具有影響力的自我價值。因此期望本研究能提供從事老人服務之相關機構、業者以及研究銀髮族休閒活動之學術界,為銀髮族設計更多、更適合的互動式遊憩設施,滿足銀髮族的真正需求。
Taiwan has already become a country of aging society. Senior citizens lead to physical and psychological aging so that it is not easy for them to participate in activities and relationships with people. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze how the senior citizens keep their health and establish self-worth through good public interactive recreation facilities. This study use content analysis and the Means End Chain (MEC) to record and classify the collected data which are encoded to acquire nine attributes, including flat trail, moving tables and chairs, TV remote control, hand finishing toilet, back-style benches, wide plains, the human body and health facilities, dedicated bike paths, and stack wood mountain road; five results-comfort, safety, and convenience, fun, and health; three values-importance, ability, and strength, amounting to 17 elements. Then, this study combined these 17 elements to form the chain of 'property-result-value'. This study expects to provide related organizations, corporations and the academia a reference to design more suitable interactive recreational facilities for senior citizens.
