題名:認知閉合需求與創業警覺性的關係:創業團隊內一致性壓力知覺的調節效果

創業警覺性是創業者的一項重要能力,而創業者的個人特質與創業教育情境皆會影響此能力。本研究指出,個人的認知閉合需求(need for cognitive closure)會降低其創業警覺性,同時,若處於團隊創業情境時,個體所知覺到的團隊內一致性壓力,會調節上述的負向關係。本研究共包含兩部分,由於認知閉合需求量表在台灣的相關驗證結果較少,研究一先以168位大學生為樣本,針對 Roet and Van Hiel(2011)之認知閉合需求量表進行效度驗證,驗證性因素分析結果顯示,該量表具有良好的構念效度,且與過往相關研究中之效標具有效標關聯效度。研究二進一步以參與創業課程的學生為樣本,包含31個創業團隊共170位受試者,並以縱貫性研究設計收集兩階段資料,階層迴歸分析結果顯示,當控制相關變項後,團隊內成員個人的認知閉合需求越高者,創業警覺性會越低。此外,當個體在創業團隊內感受到較低的團隊一致性壓力時,高認知閉合需求者,創業警覺性低,而低認知閉合需求者,創業警覺性高;而當個體感受到較高的團隊一致性壓力時,不論個體本身的認知閉合需求是高或低,其創業警覺性都會較低,顯示團隊成員所知覺到團隊內一致性壓力亦會對創業警覺性帶來不良的結果。本文最後針對研究結果進行詳細的討論,並提出對理論層面與創業教育實務之意涵。
Entrepreneurial alertness is one of an important ability for enterpriser, the trait and entrepreneurial educational environment could both influence this ability. The study proposed the trait of need for cognitive closure would decrease entrepreneurial alertness. Further, the study also proposed the entrepreneurial environment of team’s conformity pressure which team members’ perception would moderate the relationship between need for cognitive closure and entrepreneurial alertness. The study consists of two parts, study one is an examination of psychometric properties of the Chinese version of need for cognitive closure scale. The study one demonstrated the scale of the Chinese version of need for cognitive closure revealed well construct validity. Study two used student entrepreneurial teams and required a team task of business plan after the class end. The valid samples of 170 members belonging to 31 teams were examined. The results showed that team member with high need for cognitive closure revealed low degree of entrepreneurial alertness. Further, the results found teams’ conformity pressure has significant moderated the relationship between need for cognitive closure and entrepreneurial alertness. When team member perceived low degree of teams’ conformity pressure, high need for cognitive closure revealed low entrepreneurial alertness and low need for cognitive closure revealed high entrepreneurial alertness. Moreover, both high and low need for cognitive closure revealed low entrepreneurial alertness under high degree of teams’ conformity pressure. The implications of our findings for theory and research on need for cognitive closure and entrepreneurial alertness are discussed.
