The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of Chang-Hua county elementary school student swimmers' sports participate motivation on training attitude-application of performance as the moderator variable. The experimental subjects were recruited from the swimmers of elementary school students in Chang-Hua County. This research was conducted by means of purposive sampling with totally 249 questionnaires delivered and 245 replies received. The valid response was rated at 98%. Through the data analysis by the Statistical Package Software SPSS18.0, research results were concluded as below: 1. The more the coach strengthens the performance of sports participation motivations, such as "health fitness", "achievement need", "stimulus avoidance", and "technical requirement", the more training attitude of swimmers increases. 2. If it was found a negative influence when "performance" and "achievement need" interacted with "interactive confident attitude", then it should pay more attention to strengthening the achievement need of students when they were not within the top six grades in competitions. By doing so, the performance of "interactive confident attitude" will increase. While if it was found a positive influence when "performance" and "technical requirement" interacted with "interactive confident attitude", then it should focus on strengthening the technical requirement of students when they were within the top six grades in competitions. In that case, the performance of "interactive confident attitude" will become better.
