環境教育,是環境學與環保工作中,最根本的一環。環境教育的主要內涵,包括環境科學、環境科技(技術方法)與環境人文(含環境倫理)等。環境人文教育內涵,一方面讓人類,瞭解自然環境背後不變的抽象法則;另一方面,則讓人類了解本身在自然環境中之地位與角色扮演;再另一方面,則讓人類從本身對物質世界之價值觀取向,尋求如何與自然環境永久相處,使人類與萬物,生生不息,融而為一之道。此一價值觀之取向與型塑,實為環境教育之主要宗皆,也是最終目的,所追求的,也是人與自然環境相處,最不互相傷害之自然境界。本文主要在探討純樸價值觀與環境保護工作之間的關係。價值觀決定人對一切事物的對錯是非之判斷與選擇標準,也決定人的行為取向。環保工作要真正有效落實,有形行為背後的無形思想價值觀,才是真正的主要決定因素。環保工作如何做,是處理的技術問題,但如何透過人類自我人文價值的追求與人文素養的提升,讓環保問題自然減少、自然降低、甚至自然不發生,才是人類對環保問題的根本與無形的解決或化解之道。
Environmental education is the fundamental part of environmentalism and environmental work. The main content of environmental education includes environmental science, environmental technology (techniques), and environmental humanities (including environmental ethics), etc. Environmental humanities first allow humans to understand the unchanging abstract rules behind the natural environment; secondly, it allows humans to understand their own position and role in the natural environment; lastly, it allows humans to form their own value orientation towards the material world, and seek a way to permanently coexist with the natural environment. So humans and, all things, will continue endlessly, formed into one. This value orientation and shaping, in fact, is the principal purpose of environmental education, and its ultimate goal. The pursuit is for people to coexist along with the natural environment, to reach a natural state where we harm each other the least. This paper mainly explores the relationship between simple values and environmental protection work. Values determine a person's perception of right or wrong for everything, their selection standards, and also determine a person's behavior orientation. For environmental work to be truly effectively implementation, the invisible ideological value behind the visible behavior is the real determining factor. How to do environmental work deals with technical issues of the process, but how to reduce, or even eliminate environmental issues naturally through the pursuit of human self humanistic values and the increase of humanistic qualities, is the fundamental and intangible way to solve or resolve environmental issues.
