題名:振動訓練於青少年爆發力與柔軟度的效果研究

本研究以實證性研究,以11至12歲的青少年男生籃球隊員共21位為本研究之研究對象,分實驗組(10名,12.10±0.74歲)與對照組(11名,12.18±0.87歲)共兩組進行為期六週的高頻率(50Hz)全身振動訓練。資料分析以EXCEL、SPSS進行相關資料整理與統計分析,結果以平均數 ± 標準差(mean ± SD)進行受試者之描述性統計,以重複量數單因子變異數分析進行振動訓練前、中、後爆發力和下肢柔軟度變化之差異,以獨立樣本T檢定進行不同時期兩組受測者之爆發力和下肢柔軟度變化之差異,其考驗顯著差異水平設定為p < 0.05。結果顯示經六週振動訓練進行訓練其受測者爆發力於訓練前、中、後期之表現並無顯著差異(F=2.16, 1.82, P>.05);在柔軟度測驗結果發現實驗組在訓練中期和訓練後期其柔軟度皆有顯著的差異(F=36.21,p<.05)。事後比較發現,其變化在訓練期間和訓練六週後皆較訓練前有顯著的進步。本研究結果顯示振動訓練有助於受測者的柔軟度改善,在爆發力方面,兩組選手未達顯著水準。建議未來研究可以實施相關的訓練方式進行,但是,在肌力的檢測方面可以用比較容易看出變化的肌力爆發檢測,如此因可以看出振動訓練成效的細微變化。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on lower extreme power and flexibility from whole-body vibration exercise. 21 boy students (11 to 12 years old) were randomly divided into experimental (N=10, age Mean= 12.10 ± 0.74 years) and control groups (N=11, age Mean=12.18 ± 0.87 years) at six-week high-frequency (50Hz) of whole body vibration training. Data analysis were statistical analysis in EXCEL, SPSS as result in mean ± standard deviation (mean ± SD) to analysis subjects' descriptive statistics, repeated measures one-way ANOVA analysis of vibration training during the pre and post lower extremity power and flexibility changes, the test of significant difference level was set at p<0.05. The results showed that after six weeks of vibration training the lower extreme power were no significant differences between pre and post training. In flexibility test, there were significant different between before and after training (F=36.21, p<.05). Using post hoc comparison found that flexibility change in the training period. The results of this study showed that vibration training can enhance the subject's flexibility. In the explosive ability, even though there was no significant difference in flexibility between the groups. May it can be implemented related to training methods, but in terms of muscle strength testing can be used relatively easy to see the power of the changes in muscle strength testing.
