本研究旨在探究文化創意商品設計開發於產業化模式之研究。首先,經文獻分析探討並透過產業個案深度訪談調查,依據紮根理論方法,利用質性研究資料分析軟體 NVivo9.0歸納出重要譯碼。最後,將研究結果與文獻資料、理論整合,建構出文化商品設計開發產業化模式,以達研究目的。其研究結果發現:1. 文創商品涵蓋著「外顯與內隱意涵」設計要素,經譯碼分析後可區分成在地文化設計應用、文化商品設計要素、創新研發與思考及複合媒材應用等要項所構成; 2. 商品開發製程中,導入機器輔助與手工製造生產,能增加產量並兼顧品質;且接受客製化的創意設計,可提高顧客購買之意願; 3.「文創商品設計開發產業化模式」係由「故事化、藝術化、商品化、量產化與產業化」等概念元素所組成; 4. 政府應多走入產業基層並聆聽各界聲音了解產業的需求,於「政策推廣與資源輔導」方能有效協助產業發展。
The purpose of this study was to explore the industrialization model study of cultural and creative product design and development. First, we analyzed the literature reviews and conducted in-depth interviews with industry cases. Then we based on the Grounded Theory method and used the qualitative research software NVivo 9.0 to summarize the important decoding. Finally, in order to reach the research purpose, we integrated research results, literature reviews with theories to construct the industrialization model of cultural product design and development. The study results found that: 1. cultural and creative products cover the design elements of the 「explicit and implicit meanings」, which can be sorted after decoding analysis into the application of local culture design, the design elements of cultural products, the innovative development and thinking, and the application of composite media; 2. by introducing machinery auxiliary and handmade manufacturing production during the product development process, which can increase output and take into account the quality, and by accepting customized creativity design that can increase customers’ purchasing desire; 3.「the industrialization model of cultural and creative product」 design and development is composited by the concepts of「storytelling, art, commercialization, mass production, and industrialization」; 4. the Government should be more into the basic level of industry, and listen to the voices from all walks of life to understand their needs, and therefore, to effectively assist the industrial development from the aspects of 「policy promotion and resource counseling」.
