本研究目的旨在探討嶺東科大學生的睡眠品質現況,研究結果將提供體育教學相關單位參考。以400為學生為研究對象,匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI)為研究工具,問卷所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定與Tukey多重比較等方法,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、全體睡眠總分6.18±2.99分、睡眠時數6.7±1.4小時,睡眠品質不佳(PSQI>5分)的比率為54.4%。二、女生的睡眠品質較男生差。三、在睡眠品質七大構面上:自覺睡眠效率良好者有69.3%、自覺睡眠時間不到7小時的有50.6%、自覺睡眠潛伏期較長的有74.1%、自覺有睡眠困擾的比率高達92.3%、自覺睡眠品質不佳的有88.2%、需要使用藥物來幫助睡眠的有8.7%、自覺白天功能不佳的有83.8%。四、不同年級睡眠品質比較,在睡眠效率、睡眠時間與藥物使用上有顯著差異(p<.05)。五、自覺健康等級與睡眠總分比較上有顯著差異(p<.05)。結論:嶺東科大學生睡眠品質不佳與睡眠時數不到7小時的比率偏高。因此,可鼓勵少數使用藥物助眠和自覺不健康的學生藉由身體活動與規律運動習慣來改善個人的睡眠品質。
This study was to investigate the sleep quality in the students of the Ling Tung University. The results can be as the reference in the physical education related units. 400 students of the Ling Tung University were participating in this study. Data was analyzed using SPSS for windows 18.0 system for descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test and Tukey's multiple comparison analysis, significance difference is α=.05. The results are as follows: 1. Total sleep score is 6.18±2.99, sleep duration is 6.7±1.4 hours and the ratio of the poor sleep quality (PSQI>5) is 54.4%. 2. The sleep quality of female is poor than male students. 3. In seven sections of the sleep quality: the ratio of the subjective good sleep efficiency is 69.3%, the ratio of the subjective sleep duration less than 7 hours is 92.3%, the ratio of the subjective longer sleep incubation time is 74.1%, the ratio of the subjective sleep disturbances higher than 92.3%, the ratio of poor sleep quality is 88.2%, need medication aid to sleep is 8.7%, and poor daytime sleep function is 93.8%. 4. Comparison the sleep quality in different grade of students was found that significant differences in sleep efficiency sleep duration, and medication use. 5. There are significant differences in subjective health grade and sleep score (p<.05). Conclusions: Higher ratios in poor sleep quality and sleep duration less than 7 hours in the students of Ling Tung University. Therefore, we suggested that more regular exercise and physical activity to improve personal sleep quality for medication aid to sleep and subjective unhealthy students.
