Seligman和Csikszentmihalyi於2000年提出正向心理學的理念,呼籲心理學家將眼光從治療心理疾病,轉至促進人類的福祉。此宣言引發心理學研究和介入取向的改變,並在其他助人專業領域引發很大的迴響。本文旨在探討正向心理學的理念與做法對輔導工作之啟發,並提出一個針對經濟弱勢家庭學童所發展,且融入實徵支持的正向心理介入活動之團體輔導方案,供學校輔導工作者參考。此團體方案涵蓋「辨識自我優勢」、「建立樂觀解釋風格」與「珍惜擁有,表達感謝」三大主軸。透過多樣化的結構性活動安排、聚焦於正向事件和正向回饋以及規劃適切的家庭作業,提升學童的樂觀信念和正向情緒。期望透過此分享,拋磚引玉促進學校輔導工作者,運用正向心理學理念於實務中,以造福更多學童。
