This study focused on the relationships among the job congruence of employees, job satisfaction and job stress; and, adopted sexes, age, education, years of position and work experience as moderating variables to discuss the above relationships. The results of this study are as following: (1) Statistically significant difference is found with respect to the relationship between the job congruence of employees and job satisfaction. (2) Statistically significant difference is found with respect to the relationship between the job congruence of employees and job stress. (3) There are some moderating variables among the relationshipsbetween the job congruence of employees and job satisfaction or job stress. (4) Statistically significant negative correlation is found between job satisfaction and job stress of employees. The results of this study provides some suggestions for the business area and the educational world, as well as for further research.
