就臨床經驗而言，在本土文化中，陰道痙攣正是最令臺灣女性有口難言的困擾？ ！不僅是因為無法完成性交行為以致得不到伴侶的諒解，也因未能完成中國婦女婚姻中的重 要角色--傳宗接代，蒙受極大的壓力，更由於無知（無法面對問題、諱疾忌醫），特別是對 性的無知與謬誤（對性交及陰道構造的錯誤觀念，對自慰及性幻想感到罪惡感）；以及無助 感（問題的不被認同、自我治療無效或求助無門）而承受精神上極大的痛苦。本文中之個案 為一高中畢業、篤信佛教之28歲女性，與丈夫結婚一年多未能完成性交行為，經診斷為陰道 痙攣，評估無法順利完成性交行為的主因有三：1.丈夫無前戲、2.一旦預期丈夫有插入企圖 時，即因心生恐懼而拒絕親熱、3.丈夫陰莖插入時感到疼痛難耐。透過性治療的深入評估、 圓桌會議討論與作業練習三階段，循序漸進的治療步驟使得夫妻雙方重建對性的認識，跳脫 過去的行為與認知模式；成功地解除雙方的焦慮，經由學習重新建立健康而正向的行為模式 。

　　　　　Vaginismus is the most embarrassing problem for Taiwan female, in our clinical practice. As this problems they experience different level of difficulties in the process of intercourse with their partner. They can't only get their sexual partner's understanding and have the stress of childbirth from the role of women in Chinese culture, but also are ignorant and helplessness. This client is 28 years old, graduate from high school female, married over 1 year. She is suffered with vaginismus, our assessment indicate three pathological factors, including no foreplay, pain and fear of pain. During the depth assessment, round table discussion and homework (behavior modification) of dual sex therapy, the couple rebuild their understanding of sex, change their sexual interaction model more postive and healthy, learn to manage their anxiety and make better communication in sex and daily living.
