     本研究旨在(1)調查國小校長與教師所知覺到的校長教學領導現況,(2)了解校長與教師所期望的校長教學領導,(3)了解校長與教師所知覺到的與所期望的校長教學領導是否有顯著差異,(4)探討校長教學領導(知覺到的現況與期望)是否因背景變項(性別、年齡、服務年資、教育背景與學校規模)而有顯著差異,(5)探討強教學領導與弱教學領導學校的校長與教師在教學領導整體層面及分項層面上是否有顯著差異。本研究主要研究工具為「國民小學校長教學領導行為調查問卷」,其中校長用與專任教師用的問眷內容相同。問卷內容分為六個類目,即「發展教學任務與目標」、「確保課程品質」、「確保教學品質」、「促進教師專業成長」、「增進學生學習氣氛」、與「發展支持之工作關係」。本研究之研究樣本採分層與叢集抽樣方式抽取約96位國小校長與1438位教師。經過約四個月之資料蒐集過程,回收之間卷予以編碼,並透過描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法來分析與詮釋資料。本研究所獲得的結論如下:一、國內國小校長與教師均不僅常知覺到校長的教學領導行為,並且時常期盼校長能在教學領導上有所作為。二、國內國小校長與教師不僅在教學領導現況知覺度上呈現極顯著的差異,且在期望的程度上亦有極顯著的差異。三、不同性別國小校長與教師所知覺到的與所期望的校長教學領導均無顯著的差異。四、不同年齡、年資與教育背景國小校長所知覺到的與所期望的校長教學領導均無顯著的差異;而相對的,不同年齡、年資與教育背景國小教師所知覺到的與所期望的校長教學領導呈現極顯著的差異。五、不同學校規模國小校長所知覺到的與所期望的校長教學領導均無顯著的差異;在教師部份,不同學校規模國小教師所知覺到的校長教學領導呈現極顯著的差異,而在期望的校長教學領導部份則沒有顯著的差異。六、小型學校較可能被評為最強的校長教學領導學校;而相對的,大、中型學校則較可能被評為最弱的校長教學領導學校。另外,大都會型的學校較可能被評為弱校長教學領導學校。七、不論就教學領導的整體層面與個別層面而言,強弱校長教學領導學校的校長與教師在校長教學領導現況的知覺度上有極顯著的差異。八、就期望度的分析結果而言,不論就教學領導的整體層面與個別層面而言,強弱校長教學領導學校的校長與教師在校長教學領導的期望程度上亦出現極顯著的差異。
