　　　　　參與產研研發聯盟已成為廠商外部來源技術取得之重要途徑，然而研 發聯盟的成功率偏低亦是不爭之事實。因此，研發聯盟之有效管理早已受到學術 界與實務界相當之重視。本文指出區分研發聯盟之「參與動機類型」以瞭解廠商 參與聯盟之基本態度與預期目標，以及合作研發過程之「互動機制」乃研發聯盟 最重要的二個管理課題。因此，在理論的建構上本文首先從交易成本理論、策略 行為理論、組織學習理論、以及資源依賴理論，區分並討論廠商之參與動機類型 。其次，從研究技術移轉之溝通學派的觀點，探討互動機制之本質及其對績效之 影響。在實證研究方面，本文以參與工研院電子資訊類科技專案之廠商為對象。 本文研究結果顯示，不同的參與動機確實會影響廠商對互動溝通機制之選擇以及 研發資源之投入，進而影響廠商之合作研發績效。此外，高溝通投入之互動機制 有助於廠商績效之改善。本文最後並提出若干管理實務與科技政策意涵，以及本 文之研究限制與未來研究課題之建議。
　　　　　The industry-government consortia offer an increasingly popular means for the firm's external technology acquisition. But, from the evidence, the higher rate of failure also disencouraged the firms. And so, the management of consortium had been a important topic for both the academics and business. This study want to investigate the motives, interaction mechanisms and performance for the consotria. Firstly, we clarify the motives of the participators based on the transaction cost theory, strategic behavior, organization learning theory, and the resouce-dependence theory. About the interaction mechanism, we adopt the communication-view from the technology transfer discipline. On the empirizal study, we use the firms participating ITRI's electric & information R&D project, to test the propositions of our theoretical framework. The major finding are: the different motives tend to different performance, and the interaction mechanisms might influence the cooperative R&D performance significantly. On the end, we also suggested several future research issues and the implications for both individual firm and the government.
