　　　　　在技術變動快速、研發成本日趨龐大之競爭環境下，廠商透過研發聯盟之組織間 學習，已是其取得外部來源技術之重要捷徑。本文視此一研發聯盟為組織間互動之統治結構 ，因此在理論架構之建立上，本文以交易成本理論與組織學習理論為邏輯推論之基礎。在實 證研究方面，本文以參與工研院電子資訊類科技專案研發聯盟之廠商為對象，並且採LISREL 之實證分析方法。本文之研究結果發現，較高的研發能力與技術相容性，以及過去與工研院 之合作經驗等廠商特質因素，在研發聯盟之合作過程中，若採用適當的互動機制，將有利於 廠商之組織學習，進而獲致較高之合作研發績效。本文最後並根據所建立之理論架構及實證 研究之結果，提出若干未來進一步研究方向之建議，以及本文對管理實務之意涵。
　　　　　Under the environment of technological changing rapidly and the R&D expense increasing fastly, the firm must acquire several new technologies through inter- organizational learning within the R&D consortia. This paper want to investigate the formation、interaction、and the performance of the consortia formed between industry and research institutions. Based on both transaction cost theory and organization learning theory, we built an theoretical framework for the relevant study. On the empirical study, we adopt the firms participating ITRI's electric & information S&T project, to test the propositions of our theoretical mode. We also use the LISREL method to discuss our evident outcomes. The major finding are: the characteristics of the firms might influence the interaction mechanisms and the final performance significantly. As the concluding remarks, we suggested several future research issues and the implications for both individual firm and the S&T policies.
