團隊異質性的平衡性是指團隊中異質性屬性的相對分布情況,是一個從不平衡到平衡的連續譜概念。作為對團隊構成維度的補充,本研究探究其如何通過團隊信息深化施加影響于團隊創造力。通過對浙江理工大學451名學生的團隊實驗研究,得出結論認為:團隊知識異質性的平衡性能夠積極影響團隊創造力,且團隊信息深化在這一過程中起中介作用,性別異質性的平衡性與團隊創造力之間的關系不顯著。這一研究結果將有助于打開團隊構成和團隊創造力研究的新局面。
