本研究目的在探討暴力犯罪青少年接受敘事諮商的改變歷程,研究者採用重要事件取向收集資料,以瞭解暴力犯罪青少年的改變脈絡、改變機轉及治療因子。研究者在每一次諮商結束後,以簡短結構性回憶法(BSR)訪談四位當事人與二位諮商師,蒐集相關資料後以持續比較法進行資料分析。最後整理相關資料,研究結果發現如下:
一、當事人知覺的改變脈絡發現有四個主類別與十二個類別,四個主類別包含「當事人充滿問題的主流故事」、「當事人對問題與環境脈絡的反思」、「當事人主流故事的解構」與「當事人建構新的自我認同故事」。
二、當事人知覺的改變機轉發現有三個主類別與十三個類別,三個主類別包含諮商因素、諮商關係與諮商期望。
三、諮商師知覺的治療因子也發現有三個主類別與十五個類別,三個主類別包含有助益的諮商技術、諮商師的態度與諮商關係。
本研究根據結果,提出若干建議,包括對暴力犯罪青少年實務工作者、敘事諮商理論應用、敘事諮商訓練與未來研究等方面的建議,以供諮商實務工作者與未來研究者之參考。
The main purpose of the study was to explore the changing process of the youth with violent crimes in Narrative counseling. The researcher collected the data with significant events approach to understand the changing context, changing mechanisms and therapeutic factors. The researcher interviewed the four clients and two counselors after each counseling session immediately by Brief Structure Recall. After analyzing the data with constant comparison, the results were as follow:
1. Four themes and twelve categories were found in the clients' changing context. The four themes included that the clients were with problem-saturated stories, the clients reflected with the problems and the environment contexts, the clients' stories were deconstructed and then, the clients' new identificated stories were constructed. 2. Three themes and thirteen categories were found in the clients' perceptive changing mechanisms. The three themes were inclusive of counseling factors, counseling relationship and counseling expectations. 3. The counselors' perceptive therapeutic factors were found three themes and fifteen categories. The three themes were inclusive of helpful counseling techniques, counselor's attitude and counseling relationship.
According to the findings, suggestions were addressed including guidlines for the practitioners to serve as the violent crimes youths and suggestions about the theory and training of Narrative counseling and suggestions regarding future studies.
