題名:身心障礙兒童母親憤怒情緒諮商之治療因素、諮商技術與改變歷程之研究

摘 要
本研究旨在探討諮商過程中造成身心障礙兒童母親憤怒情緒改變之有效治療因素、造成改變之諮商技術、以及憤怒情緒諮商之改變歷程。研究設計採用發現式研究取向及質的研究法,召募六位身心障礙兒童的母親為研究對象,分別進行四至十次諮商,分析資料來自每位當事人接案會談、各次諮商晤談及諮商後訪談之錄音逐字稿。研究結果如下:
1.促成當事人憤怒情緒改變之有效治療因素可歸納出11大項改變機轉,包括獲得新知能、自我發現、自我覺察、情緒宣洩、自我揭露、想法改變、形成新目標、瞭解或面對問題、認清現實、希望感、與自我肯定,及4大項改變條件,包括諮商動機、環境佈置、當事人的投入及安全信任的諮商關係等。其中自我發現、自我覺察、形成新目標及安全信任的諮商關係是最為重要之治療因素,而自我發現則是所有當事人共同指認之治療因素,具有普遍性及顯著之地位。
2.諮商中引發治療因素之諮商技術有家庭作業、教導、反映、引導/發問、空椅法、解釋、譬喻法及澄清等。
最後研究者根據研究資料形成「憤怒情緒改變歷程圖」,以做為身心障礙兒童母親之憤怒情緒諮商工作及後續研究之參考。

A Study of the Counseling Process When Dealing with the Anger of Mothers Having Handicapped Children

Abstract
The purpose of this thesis was to explore the effects of counseling upon anger, the therapeutic factors which effectively lead to change in the clients’ feelings of anger, and the counseling skills which can initiate such therapeutic factors. Qualitative methodology was adopted, and six mothers having handicapped children were selected. Subjects received 4 to 10 sessions of counseling, depending on their needs and time. The transcripts of the intaking interview, of the counseling sessions and of the interview following each counseling session were all submitted to analysis. The findings were as follows:
1.The therapeutic factors subjects identified were 11change mechanisms and 4change conditions。The 11change mechanisms were information, self-discovery, self-awareness, catharsis, thinking change, setting a new goal, understanding or facing the problem, knowing reality, hope, and self-confidence. 4 change conditions were counseling motivation, environment, client commitment, and safe & trust counseling relationship.
2.Eight counseling skills were founnd effective in triggering the above therapeutic factors: homework, teaching, reflecting, empty chair, interpretation, metaphor, and clarification.
Base on the therapeutic factors above, “Change Procee of Anger” for six subjects were induced.
