題名:智慧化服務商業模式之研究-以跨業價值適配為例

互聯網與移動通訊技術的快速發展,使得商業模式條件中的時間與空間因素,發生根本上的改變。再加上物聯網所衍生的服務與整合商機,未來企業能否成功,必然與商業模式的創新有效性息息相關。也導致商業模式在最近幾年的話題性十足,在管理學界正在成為一個分析的主體,提供一個從系統層面、全面性的觀點來看企業發展,台灣整體產業以中小企業為主,中小企業在有限資源下,不容易開拓新市場,但是近年台灣中小企業不斷透過跨業合作,而成功開創新市場的案例,正在開花結果,若能透過跨業合作,再結合商業模式之檢驗,可以了解企業自身價值,並透過跨業合作共同創造與傳遞跨業價值。
因此本研究以跨業合作的角度來分析商業模式,分析從跨業合作中,找出潛在市場需求,透過商業模式畫布中的價值主張與目標客層適配,進行智慧化服務,進而推演產生跨業價值的商業模式。透過文獻探討、個案研究、以及個案訪談,讓跨業合作之商業模式得以演化。
企業在商業模式演化中,為了顧客創造價值,就必須為自己的企業創造價值,要為自己的企業創造價值,就必須為了顧客創造價值,據此不斷循環,不斷的創造價值,進而滿足市場上的需求缺口或創造新市場,本研究以紅利積點與電子套票各三個案例,演化顧客價值主張的設計,連結目標客層的適配度,運用新的服務模式與資源整合方式,傳遞獨特價值主張而取得特定客戶認同,推導出顧客利基延伸服務與建立跨業整合性服務平台,最終以達智慧化服務商業模式之複製與擴散之效。
Internet and the rapid development of mobile communication technology, business model so that the conditions of time and space factors, fundamental changes occurred. Coupled with integrated networking services and opportunities derived future business success, necessity and effectiveness of the business model innovation are closely related. Also led business models in recent years, the topic of full, in management circles is becoming a subject of analysis, from a system level, comprehensive business development point of view, Taiwan's overall industrial medium and small enterprises, SMEs limited resources, is not easy to open up new markets, but in recent years, Taiwan's SMEs continue through cross-industry cooperation, open up new markets and successful cases, is to bear fruit, if through cross-industry cooperation, combined with the inspection of the business model, you can understand the business their own values, and work together to create and deliver value through cross-industry cross-industry.
Therefore, this study cross-industry cooperation in the perspective of the business model, analyzed from the cross-industry cooperation, identify potential market demand, through the business model canvas in value proposition and target demographic adaptation, performed intelligence services, thus generating cross-deduction industry value business model. Through literature review, case studies, and case interviews, so that the business model of cross-industry cooperation to evolve.
Enterprise business model evolution, in order to create value for customers, it is necessary to create value for their own businesses, to create value for their own businesses, we must create value for the customer, whereby continuous cycle, continue to create value, and thus meet the market demand gap or create new markets, this research bonus points with each electronic ticket three cases, the evolution of the customer value proposition design, link adaptation of the target demographic, the use of the new service model and resource integration mode, passing the unique value proposition and made specific customer acceptance, customer niche deduced extension services and the establishment of integrated service platform across the industry, and ultimately to achieve efficient intelligence service business model of the replication and proliferation.
