題名:探討台灣製造業服務創新與國際化程度對經營績效的影響-以製造業服務化為中介變數

面對全球化的衝擊與產業間激烈的競爭,製造業應思考如何有效地運用本身的資源與供應鏈整合來提升顧客價值並確保企業永續經營。製造業服務化乃強調以顧客為主和交易組合的概念,並進一步結合產品、服務、支援、知識和自助服務等要素,來滿足客戶的需求與價值,達到企業永續經營的目標。製造業服務化的研究當中,尚缺乏一個整合性的研究模式,對於製造業服務化的成因與影響效果恐難以評估。因此,本
研究之主要目的欲整合網絡關係、寬裕資源、產業環境、國際化程度、服務創新能力以及經營績效等變數,來建構製造業服務化之整合模式,並進一步探討網絡關係、寬裕資源、產業環境、國際化程度以及服務創新能力對製造業服務化與經營績效的影響效果。本研究蒐集了281份有效問卷,並採用結構方程模式來驗證研究模式各路徑之影響關係。研究結果發現,製造業服務化比起國際化程度更會影響經營績效。在『服務創新能力和經營績效』與『國際化程度和經營績效』之關係中,製造業服務化扮演一個中介變數。服務創新能力對製造業服務化的總效果最強,而產業環境更是三個外生變數當中,對製造業服務化、經營績效、服務創新能力以及國際化程度之影響效果最大的重要因子。
Faced with the impact of globalization and industrial competition, manufacturing industry should be thinking about how to effectively use its own resources and supply chain integration to enhance customer value and ensure business continuity. Manufacturing servitization is a concept that emphasizes customer-oriented and trading portfolio, and further integration of products, services, support, knowledge and self-service and other factors, to meet customer needs and values, to achieve sustainable business. The lack of an integrated model for manufacturing servitization will be difficult to assess the drivers and the effects of manufacturing servitization. Therefore, the main objectives of this study want to integrate network relationships, slack resources, industrial environment, internationalization, service innovation capability and operational performance and other variables to construct the integrated model for manufacturing servitization, and to further explore the effects of the network relationships, slack resources, industrial environment, internationalization and service innovation capability on manufacturing servitization and operational performance. This study collected 281 manufacturing questionnaires, and used structural equation modeling (SEM) to verify the paths relationships of the research model. The results showed that, compared to internationalization, manufacturing servitization has a higher effect on operational performance. Manufacturing servitization is a mediating variable between “service innovation capability and operatinnal performance” and “internationalization and operatinnal performance”. The total effect of service innovation capability on manufacturing servitization is strongest. In the three exogenous variables, the industrial environment is the most affected manufacturing servitization, operational performance, service innovation, and internationalization.
