本研究旨在建構國民小學校長韌性領導指標,並確立國民小學校長韌性領導指標建構之權重體系。研究方法採取「模糊德懷術」與「層級分析法」。在指標之建構,首先透過探究國民小學校長韌性領導之相關研究,初步建構「國民小學校長韌性領導指標建構調查問卷」,其後,再邀請 8 位學者專家進行專家內容效度審題。其次,邀請 12 位教育專家學者與國小校長,透過模糊德懷術問卷調查適切性相關意見之蒐集,建立國民小學校長韌性領導指標之系統架構。最後,再邀請 15 位層級分析指標內涵相對權重之專家小組成員,藉以確立指標系統內各階層指標的相對權重,據以建構完成「國民小學校長韌性領導指標」。本研究建構之國民小學校長韌性領導指標,包括五大層面:關注願景、溝通激勵、正向樂觀、冷靜堅持、以及支持情境,涵蓋10個項目、39 個細目指標。其中權重值以關注願景最高,其次依序為溝通激勵、正向樂觀、支持情境,最後則是冷靜堅持。最後,本研究根據研究結論提出相關建議,以提供教育行政機構、國民小學校長以及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study is to construct an “indicator and weight” system of resilient leadership for elementary school principals. The Fuzzy Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process are both utilized as the research tools. In order to construct such a system, relevant studies regarding resilient leadership are reviewed to set up a preliminary Survey of Resilient Leadership Indicator System for Elementary School Principals. Specific indicators of the survey are then reviewed by 8 scholars and principals for the validation. Furthermore, 12 scholars and principals are invited to generate ideas for a tenable survey through the Fuzzy Delphi Method to build up an indicator system framework. Lastly, a team of 15 scholars and principals determine all indicators and their appropriate weight of values to accomplish a resilient leadership indicator system. The system established by this study has five dimensions, namely focusing vision, communication and motivation, positivity and optimism, calm persistence, and support condition. The system covers 39 specific indicators under ten categories. Focusing vision has the highest weight of values, followed by communication and motivation, positivity and optimism, support condition and calm persistence. According to the research findings, this study will propose several suggestions for education administration authority, elementary school principals and further studies respectively.
