本研究主要目的為探索休閒勝任感、掌控感因素是否有相關存在，及其對休閒參與流暢體驗是否有所影響。研究以私立建國技術學院夜二專學生為研究對象，採分層抽樣式式，問卷回收後扣除無效問卷，共得385分有效問卷，所得資料經LISREL統計分析後，結果有以下的發現：1.休閒勝任感因素與掌控感因素之間，有顯著正相關存在；2.休閒勝任感因素與休閒參與流暢體驗有正向的因果關係存在；3.掌控感因素與休閒參與流暢體驗有正向的因果關係存在。

The purpose of this study was aimed to explore the relationship between leisure perceived of competence and control effect in leisure participation of flow experience. The influence between the two mentioned above will be another point. The questionnaire was adopted of junior college student of night school, and 385 effective questionnaires were collected. The results of LISREL test show that the leisure competence and control both impose positive effect on leisure participation of flow experience. The results also show the significance of high correlation between the leisure perceived of competence and control.
