This paper aims to discuss what kind of degree the bicycle cyclists achieve their Serious Leisure, Flow Experience, and Leisure Satisfaction, and also the factors and the mutual relationships of the above three items. The relationship between Serious Leisure, Flow Experience, and Leisure Satisfaction are also tested. This research targets the cyclists who participate in online bicycle clubs, and this paper is done with purposeful sampling by giving out questionnaires. 428 questionnaires are returned; with 414 of them achieve effectiveness. All data, after being kept a record and put in order, are done with Descriptive Statistics, and then use Structural Equation Modeling to test the hypothesis. The result shows that the Serious Leisure features that the cyclists have will greatly affect their achievements in Flow Experience and Leisure Satisfaction; and their Flow Experience achievements will also affect their Leisure Satisfaction achievements. The conclusion of the paper can be applied as advice and reference to the promotion strategy of bicycling leisure activities.
