This paper reexamines the concept of Kant's and the different formation of Categorical Imperative. I discuss the interpretation of Paton and Yovel. This paper tackles also the relationship between Kant's Philosophy of Right and the concept of right and the concept of Categorical Imperative, therefore it will illuminate Kant's Philosophy of Right before the background of theory of freedom and Kant's ethics as a syste of ends.
