題名:協同教學之研究與省思:以兩位國中初任教師為例

     在教師的專業發展上,共同合作已漸漸地被確認為是一個很重要的觀點。本文從許多相關文獻發現協同教學在實際實施時卻有很多種不同的意義和方式。尤其目前我國國中普遍是單獨教學狀態,九年一貫課程之實施,將對目前國中教學產生極大的衝擊和改變。本文主要是探究兩位國中現職教師協同教學的歷程與效應,研究問題是他們從個別至共同教學面臨那些衝擊。採用質的研究與詮釋性分析,資料的收集以省思札記、教學錄影帶、問卷調查和晤談為資料蒐集的主要來源,並以研究者個人的觀察和記錄為輔。結果發現協同教師在初期實施時受到不少的衝擊,協同教學究竟是互補或競爭,他們的期待產生許多落差,並經歷不同教學方式的考驗或學習,班級經營的調適或衝突,以及教學行政的配合或應付等,研究者同時提供讀者省思的機會,作為實施協同教學之參考。
