研究背景及目的：臺灣大學生發生性交的比率有日益增加的趨勢，故本研究目的有三1.在探討大學生性交行為、安全性行為的知識及性態度的現況調查，2.三者之 間的關係，3.有或沒有性交經驗的學生在安全性行為的知識及性態度之間的差異。 研究方法：以新竹地區某私立大學部學生6401人為母群體，經分層集束隨機取樣，取得有效樣本900人。參考國內外專家之文獻，自編而成之問卷表，施測所得之資料採SPSS for Windows統計套裝軟體第10.0版，敘述性資料以次數分配、平均數、標準差等方式呈現；相關分析採Pearson r方式呈現；以t檢定呈現有或沒有性交行為的大學生在安全性行為的知識及性態度間的差異。 研究結果：有性交經驗的學生佔全體有效樣本的29.6%。安全性行為的知識之總體表現，平均為15.52分(滿分20)，顯示學生具有77.6%的正確認知，在各間項中有下列四題答錯的比率超過半數：性交時使用陰道隔膜(又稱子宮帽)，服用避孕藥，性伴侶間相互手淫，口交時戴保險套。性態度之總體表現，平均為22.76分(滿分35)，多數的大學生贊成性交行為應有愛或喜歡為其基礎，約70-80%的大學生有意圖使用及準備保險套。在相關性的研究結果顯示，性交行為與對性交行為的接受度呈正相關(r=.309, Sig.=.000)、而性交行為的接受度與使用何險套的意圖成負相關(r=-.176, Sig.=.000)，安全性行為的知識與性交行為呈現不相關的結果。在t檢定的結果，在性態度上對性交行為的接受度，有性交行為和沒有性交行為的大學生呈現出顯著差異，但在使用保險套意圖及安全性行為的知識方面沒有差異。因此大學生的性交行為不會受安全性行為的知識之影響，而會受其對性交行為的接受度之影響。

Background and Purposes: There is a trend of increasing sexual intercourse experiences among college students in Taiwan. The purposes of this study are as follows: 1.To study the current status of sexual intercourse, the knowledge of safer sex, and sexual attitude among college students. 2.To study the relationship among those three. 3.To compare the difference of the knowledge of safer sex, and sexual attitude between the students who had experiences of sexual intercourse and who had not. Methods: Descriptive study was designed for the study. 900 students were selected from the population of 6401 college students by random stratified cluster sampling. A structured questionnaire was developed and sued for collecting data. SPSS 10.0 for Windows was utilized for data analysis. Descriptive data were presented by frequency, mean, and standard deviation. The analysis of relationship was presented by Pearson r. T-test was used for comparison analysis. Results: 29.6% of the college students had the experiences of sexual intercourse. The mean score of the knowledge of safer sex was 15.52 (full score: 20), which indicated there was 77.6% of the students with right recognition. There were 4 out of 20 items in questionnaires which over half of students got wrong, such as: use diaphragm during intercourse, take contraceptive pills, masturbation between sexual partners, and use condom for oral sex. The means score of sexual attitude was 22.76 (full score:35) Most college students agreed that sexual intercourse should base on love or favorable. About 70-80% of the students had the intention to use or to prepare condom during intercourse. The sexual intercourse was positively related to the attitude of acceptance toward intercourse (Pearson r=.309, Sig.=.000). The attitude of acceptance toward intercourse was negatively related to the intension of condom use (r=-.176, Sig=.000). The knowledge of safer sex was not related to sexual intercourse. The results of t-test indicated that there was significant difference in the attitude of acceptance toward intercourse between the students who had the experiences of sexual intercourse and those students who did not have. However, there was no difference between these two groups regarding to the intension of condom use or to the knowledge of safer sex. Therefore, the knowledge of safer sex had no impact to sexual behavior, and the attitude of acceptance toward intercourse could influence sexual behavior among college students.
